Return Policy:

Blair's wants your shopping experience to be the absolute best! Blair's will gladly accept your return for exchange or credit within 30 days of purchase.  We hope you LOVE each item you purchase, but should you need to return an item here is your easy return guidelines:

 * Boots may be exchanged or returned only if the soles are unscratched and the boots are in as-new condition.  When trying on boots, be sure to walk only in carpeted areas until you are sure that your boot fits correctly.

* Items are eligible for return only if unworn, unwashed, unaltered and has the original tag attached.

*Free of makeup, deodorant, perfume or other stains

*All jewelry sales are final.

*All undergarments sales are final.

*Shipping is non-refundable unless there was a mistake on our end.

*Please allow our team 5-7 days to process your return once it is received at our warehouse. 

*If you are to receive credit on your credit card, allow one to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. 

*If your return item was purchased with a gift card we will issue another gift card for the amount of the credit due on completion of the return.

Defective Items:

All merchandise is inspected before it ships. Please look over your order as soon as you receive it.  If you feel you have received a defective item, or were sent incorrect items or missing items from the order, please contact our customer service team within 3 business days of receipt of your order. 

Shipping & Handling:

We suggest that you send items back using USPS, UPS or FedEx along with a tracking number.  We are not responsible for items that are lost, stolen, or mishandled in the return process.  You are responsible for the shipping and handling of the returned item. 

*UPS & USPS are our chosen shipping carriers. 

*All UPS shipment charges include free insurance up to a $100 value. 

*All free shipping orders will go via USPS and do not include insurance.

*Buyers assumes all risk when choosing their method and Blair's is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

*Currently only shipping within the United States
