Refunds:

Defective Items:

All merchandise is inspected before it ships. Please look over your order as soon as you receive it. We suggest that you send items back using USPS, UPS or FedEx along with a tracking number. We are not responsible for items that are lost, stolen, or mishandled in the return process. You are responsible for the shipping and handling of the returned item.
