* Boots may be exchanged or returned only if the soles are unscratched and the boots are in as-new condition. When trying on boots, be sure to walk only in carpeted areas until you are sure that your boot fits correctly.

* Items are eligible for return only if unworn, unwashed, unaltered and has the original tag attached.

*Free of makeup, deodorant, perfume or other stains

Refunds:

Defective Items:

All merchandise is inspected before it ships. Please look over your order as soon as you receive it.
